Appointing the Troubleshooter to the position of Chief Counsel establishes an important set of checks and balances. A VA may involve appointment to CC or not. If the Vision Alliance has emerged from a TA Troubleshooter Alliance it is also possible to forge an agreement specifying the different level of VA duties while maintaining the TA Consultancy.
The initiation of a CC Chief Counsel position does not need to end the Troubleshooter Alliance Consultancy.
